Millican Hall is now closed, and the UCF Registrar's Office has suspended in-person meetings and walk-ins until further notice. Diplomas and transcripts will not be available for pick up at the Registrar's Office. We are still here to support you! Both current and former students can order official transcripts online via myUCF. Due to restrictions mandated by the FERPA privacy act, we are unable to accept email attachments, email requests, fax, or phone requests for official transcripts.

In order to encourage students to complete their degree as quickly and efficiently as possible, the state of Florida established an Excess Credit Hour Surcharge. It requires universities to add a surcharge to each credit hour taken in excess of the total number of credit hours required to complete the degree being pursued.
Approximately 6-10 weeks after commencement, all bachelor’s and master’s diplomas will be mailed to the address indicated on the student’s Intent to Graduate form. Diploma mailing addresses for undergraduate degrees may be changed by logging into MyUCF > Student Self Service > Personal Information > Addresses. Diploma mailing addresses for master’s degrees must be updated by contacting Graduate Studies.
